I bought a new tv on ebay but the tv has visible dead pixels.?
If there is already dead pixels on the tv will they get worse.

No TV screen is perfect.
All manufacturers consider a small number of dead pixels to be normal.
If you find the situation objectionable, notify the place of purchase about it.

Same thing happened to me, but honestly I saved $70 over Best Buy price so I don’t mind two dead pixels on the lower right side of the screen. The most likely cause of dead pixels in my experience is something hitting the tv, so as long as you don’t drop it or throw objects at it you should be good. They can die naturally over time but it usually takes many years.
