Neighbor is on probation for chronic dwi and still drives around with his child.?

Told his probation officer they didn’t do a thing wondering if I could refer him to cps for child endangerment or push the matter to his p.o

    Yes, BUT I have never heard "chronic DWI" as a criminal charge.

    There is a preventive device that the driver can at his or her expense have installed that can analyze the driver's breath and shut down the car from working if it detects alcohol. Maybe your neighbor has that. It is usually given to chronic dwi's as a last resort.
