relationship of viscosity and surface tension?
i am going to do an experiment in school where i use an eyedropper to see which liquid is able to hold the most drops on top of a penny. I know that when the penny overflows, it is because of the surface tension breaking.
Is the surface tension harder to break on more viscous fluids (like molasses or corn syrup etc.) because they move slower? Or is this false

fluids like molasses,corn syrup etc., move slower on the surface of penny because of viscous nature but it is not related to surface tension.
