Hearing voices can be a symptom of chemical imbalances in your brain. Untreated, the imbalances can impact your decision making ability, can affect your life and relationships. Talk to your doctor about it. If you'd rather not share this with your regular doctor, then see a different doctor.
It's probably not going to go away by itself, so get a diagnostic exam before it gets worse.
