Can anyone provide any further information on the word 'subsiessence' or 'subsiesquence'?

When I google searched it, I get only one hit from the London Public Ledger and Daily Advertiser (1815), and I cannot access it without subscription. Maybe it is just Olde English for 'subsistence', however I think it may have a deeper meaning. It is a word that has been in my head for most of my life, even though I have never heard it spoken. Any information of this word's etymology would be much appreciated.

I have a copy of the longest and most complete English Dictionary that exists, and, sorry to tell you, neither of those words appears in it, or in its supplement.
