Why do some YouTubers solicit fan mail?Is this a marketing strategy to increase engagement, or do they actually enjoy getting fan mail?

    People love watching fan mail unboxing videos, one of YouTubers I watch used to do it and it was always their most popular videos. They like seeing the people they love watching on YouTube read their letters and open their gifts on camera

    For most, it's a good feeling reading letters by fans saying how much they like your content. People in general like being told how good they are
