Why is accommodation a sensitivity topic for some people with disability. One person early 20's think moving out unhappy with parents?

Because being disabled you are often infantalized. Moving out is a typical transition to adulthood for many abled bodied young adults. 

We are only expected to stay with our parents until we are 20 or given a good education and a job. Even people who are in a wheel chair can learn computers and work in and office at a desk. If that is not possible you can get disability social security and a low cost apartment. but everyone is expected to be on their own after they grow up.
