MS in which field? Which universities offer such a degree program? You need to check out the individual universities' websites for complete details on requirements to apply, application procedures, deadlines for submitting completed applications, etc.
Since the Australian school year starts in late January/beginning of February, you are probably looking to apply for admission to the 2021 school year starting next January. If accepted by a university, expect to apply for your student visa 90-120 days prior to start of school year to allow visa processing time, scheduling for visa interview, etc.
