Do you mean does he believe a goddamn word that comes out of his own mouth? No, he knows it's a lie. He's trying to rig the Stock Market because that's the main thing he's been doing since his term--insider trading and stock manipulation. Jesus Christ he's such a worthless piece of sh!T.
