Vaginal discharge. Please help?

I’m 23yrs old for many years and as far as I can remember before I lost my virginity at 19 with my ex I always basically had discharge with odor. Yes I know it’s normal and should go to a gyn but I have not yet I’m super terrified to go. But I’ve only slept with two guys my ex which who I lost my virginity to and now my current boyfriend who we are now two years dating I got paranoid I had an std but my ex always told

Me he was clean and most of the time but like twice we used condoms. And with my boyfriend now we use condoms I’m over weight and haven’t been eating good can that effect odor also it’s not painful down there or itchy nor fishy just an odor that I have especially if I pee and don’t clean properly. I always have to wash with soap I know I sweat down there with work with waking a lot is this normal? It can get bad after period most time it’s clear and watery and sometimes smell like ammonia. Is this normal should I be worried ?? Also my period can last up to 5 days and this last one I’m still spotting at 7 days why could that be? Would I have something ?

We ALL have an odour down there. Periods can last for over a week. You are normal.

how on earth could any one here really give a good answer, and why are you terrified? More than likely its not dangerous or you would not have had it years. Could simply be normal, but you should go and just get a simple check up. It would ease your fears and may help you overcome this. If its an STI (such as chlamydia-doubt anything else); it would impact unborn children later. Simple just get seen.
