Grace. It's timeless, elegant and professional and will suit her at all ages. You can still use Gracie as a nickname but I doubt she'll want to be known as Gracie in the office when she's 50.

Grace. Gracie can be a nickname, but she won't want to go by it when she's older.

Depends upon many things. . .
1) Which do you like better?
2) What is the last name that goes with it? With some last names, a one syllable first name sounds better. With other last names, a two syllable first name sounds better.
3) What is the level of formality of your family. Grace sounds considerably more formal than Gracie.
Hope this helps!
