I don't think he knows what a hoax is.  This is the guy who thought Saturday Night Live was "fake news".  He is not very smart. 

Trump is a bad President, he will have to act soon, to ensure the virus doesn't spread like 'wild fire' across America.  If you do get the virus, be sure to sue his government for any loss of earnings, whilst you self isolate yourself.

Other Governments are taking this virus seriously, mainly because it's new, we don't have a cure and we don't know if it'll mutate etc...
