Broken Graphics ?
Sometimes it happens, sometimes it's not. Only happens in Windows login, it will go black screen flick a little then BSOD. I only encounter this on windows login. When it won't I can do things normally without crash, stable graphics during game( metro exodus, witcher 3, dota 2 and Wot) anyone knows what's happening?

The top two lines of a BSOD will tell you where to look for the issue. This seems like a video issue, which could mean that the Video card is going out, GPU is having issues, or even something simple such as a Video Driver which is corrupt. As suggested, try a different monitor, as this will help you determine if it is the current monitor.
Replacing the driver you can do on your own. Download the latest for your Video card from the Manufacturer's website and install, then reboot. See if the issue is fixed. if not, then you know it's a hardware issue.

try a different monitor. if no different, then a technician is needed to check the gpu and possibly the psu
