Does she want more then a friendship?
So I used to like this girl but about a month ago she said we should just remain friends. Today we were talking and I told her about this other girl I like, but she said that girl is not my type and I should forget about her. She then tapped my leg with her foot, and asked me when I to get dinner tonight. Afterwards she asked if I wanted to get a haircut with her next week and is always making plans with me. This has been going on since she friend zoned me and gets mad if I don't pay attention to her.

Obviously she’s using you for attention while she goes out and has sex with other men on the side. She’s the type of girl that’s not cool enough to have female friends… Or maybe she pissed her female friends off at some point…
You need to tell her that she needs to give you sex or you are going to stop communicating with her at all. Be very, very firm on this. Tell her give you sex just one time, and you’ll be her friend for LIFE. Tell her that a man has needs, and you can’t possibly be her friend while always thinking about what sex would be like with her. Tell her if she satisfies your curiosity, then you’ll forever be a good friend to her and won’t ask again. But she NEEDS to give you it at least one time... or you’re peacing out. Tell her your time is valuable, and isn’t free
I’d be willing to bet you $500 that she WILL have sex with you, if you say it like that to her!
