Does praying stop the Coronavirus?

Praying involves faith, faith that soon all calamity will end. The Bible mentions in Proverbs 1:33 that “ the one listening to me will dwell in security And be undisturbed by the dread of calamity.” Soon all diseases will be things from the past as it also mentions in Revelation 21:4,5. So praying helps us endure all things such as the coronavirus.

Why don’t you try that, let the scientists do the real work while you roll around on the floor yelling at the voice in your head to cure the masses.

The Bible shows that God doesn't hear every prayer. To be heard by God a person should know him well and should be clean in his thoughts and actions.

Moreover, Jesus foretold that there would be “pestilences.” Dangerous diseases would spread quickly and kill many. (Luke 21:11) Even though doctors have learned how to treat many sicknesses, they have found 30 new diseases, and some of them have no cure.

However the Bible foretold that during the last days, the world would be full of pain and suffering, it also says that good things will happen: "No resident will say: “I am sick.” (Isaiah 33:24)  If you like to know when it'll happen and why we can trust to this message, you're invited to visit jw.org.

By His wounds we (already) have been healed. If you're sick, it's because you don't believe what God said.

Like salvation, you need to believe to receive.

What Jesus did on the cross was to make us right with a Holy God: that included salvation, healing and eternal life here and now. He returned the authority to rule over everything that creeps and crawls on the planet to us. That includes everything from germs to Satan.

No, but using simple cleansing methods such as hand washing and cleaning surfaces with an alcohol based antibacterial hand and surface cleaners will reduce the risk. Each country has its own direction that should be followed. Older ones and ones with health problems are at a higher risk than those who are normally in reasonably good health. And the added aid of God's holy spirit gives a boost no human can give so do pray for both yourself and others.

PROBABLY NOT CUZ GOD IS ALLOWING this world to run its course and then HE WILL DO RAPTURE AND THEN Tribulation will come on Earth and it wont be good for those who are still here.
