There are several churches I have been in where the sun beats through the windows and they don't have A/C. In the summer, I feel like I am melting in that heat.

    Nope.

I think I would have remembered that sensation.

Most old Church buildings are stone expensive to heat so are on the cold side, before I became a JW many decades ago I attended a Church that is Grade 1 Listed, in the colder weather long johns were a must, even the atmosphere of its members were on the cold side.

I am more often amazed... amazed at the waste of money to build such buildings and amazed that so many people buy into what is being sold to them.

I don't go to any religious buildings. I leave that to easily duped people.

I ate a "body" cracker at my grandfather's funeral, and let me tell you, the place got really quiet and everyone was giving me "the look". I just wanted to see what they tasted like.
