How to cancel the Playstation Plus Subscription of a deleted account?
A while ago I deleted an account from my PS4. And that account was a PSN subscription that I did not cancel before I deleted the account. I recently checked my bank and I'm still being charged for monthly PSN on that account. I tried logging in but don't know its password or birthday.

You're going to have a hard time with this. It might be easier to contact your bank and cancel the card that the charges are going against. This would get the account banned, but since you don't seem to care about that account I doubt that it's a big deal.
Normally it'd be a call to Sony, but you're going to have a hard time proving to Sony that it's your account you're calling about when you don't know the login information and especially if you don't know the birthday attached to it.

Contact Sony for assistance. If you don't know the password of birthday, none of us can help you. We'd only tell you to try what you've already tried.
