Why are they canceling everything due to coronavirus instead of taking major caution?

Wipes and antibacterial hand washes do NOT kill viruses. All they do is clean the surfaces so that for a while less viruses and other nasty things will be on them.

Are people also supposed to stop breathing at these events?
