Leftover sandwich left at 43 degrees F for a few hours overnight.. still good to eat?

So I left a sandwich out in my car by accident last night. When I got out of the car the temperature outside was about 43 degrees and was so for a couple hours after, apparently. But then the temperature dropped below 40, and now it’s 32 and snowing.. should that be enough to kill off bacteria that might have grown on it at all? It’s a deli sandwich that hasn’t really been touched, just refrigerated before. I know the food safety temp is 40 degrees F or lower, but I’ve also eaten other things left out overnight in warmer temperatures (after microwaving it tho).

Update:

It’s been below 40 degrees F for about 6 hours (I checked a weather website that tracks the exact temperature by the hour

You don't say what's in the sandwich or what temperature it was at - the outside temperature doesn't matter if it was in your car.

If it was something like chicken and it had been left in a warm car for several hours I'd be dubious. I'd certainly want to examine it first.

Even if it's not gone off it's not going to be very fresh though!

Why do you think any harmful bacteria would be killed because it's snowing?

I would say it’s equal to leaving some pepperoni pizza out and eating it in the morning. I think it’ll be ok.

Buuuut if there was mayo on it, I wouldn’t eat it
