Can i take Tylenol with Sertraline(Zoloft)?

I recently got put on Sertraline so im still new to it and im not sure what's okay to take with it.

I have a headache after my shift at work and i just took my dose of Sertraline, is it okay to take a Tylenol, too?

Yes, it is OK. I am no longer on Sertraline, but I am pretty sure I did take Tylenol and acetominophin and Excedrin while I was on Sertraline. I am a type 1 diabetic for 65 YEARS. I often take acetominophin for arthritis in addition to meloxicam.

I did it.  It didn't bother me at all.
