What is a Freelance Nurse?
Is it about a nurse that hired by a person to take care of sick people at home etc?
Or it is like a personal doctor who work for certain people whether they are healthy or sick etc in just a period of time to take care of their health, safety and lifestyle like a personal assistant (P.A.) but they are taking the welfare of an individual in term or health matter only?
Or is it a nurse who work for certain reason providing an holistic care to certain individual or group or an organization to support the objective which needed by them who need their nursing care for some kind of personal reason like doing a medical research or some kind like that and gain whatever benefit from the client/patient/person who needed their medical nursing service (Win win situation)?
Or else which I don't know?
Can anyone tell me about this, please?

Here in UK it is called Bank Staff, the agency gives a weekly list of where work is available for a qualified nurse, usually various hospitals and you choose which ones and which days you want to work. In general Freelance nurse would work where and when required but wherever it is it is someone who does general hospital nursing.

Sounds like someone who might work gigs here and there but no permanent position? Finding work might be difficult.
