    It's not encrypted, it's just coded - Morse code.

    It says:

    F R I E N D S

    Morse code was used for sending messages by telegraph since the mid 1800s, and then also used for radio communications when the equipment or conditions were not capable of working with voice transmission.

    As a licenced radio amateur (Radio ham) I had to learn Morse & pass an exam in it to get my "A" class licence, around 40 years ago.

    You can 'decrypt' Morse Code messages by simply typing ... or copying and pasting ... the sequence of dots and dashed into the following webpage, sir.
