We have t mobile. If someone uses incognito mode for the Internet can t mobile still detect and let me know what website That person was on

    Yes, they do know what websites you visit. They won't tell you.

    Incognito mode is only for the browser.  It simply doesn't store data from the website or keep it in your history.  

    If you want to visit dirty/illegal websites you need a VPN.
