Person's title on a video game development team?

What's a title for someone on a game development team, who has experience on the type of game being designed? Example, if a shopping mall simulator is being built, and the person hired works for a mall management company and gives info on how parking lots are designed, or rent prices, or store design? Or someone who's a history buff and provides the accurate details of what things should look like.
