How to make programs load quicker in computer.?
I recently upgraded to 4k big pc monitor and everything seems more slower then regular 1080p monitor. I use allot of photoshop and it seems to load longer. All the images in folder takes longer to load in windows 8. Do i need better cpu, more ram or better hard drive. I want Photoshop to load really quick and images load quicker. What do i need to upgrade in my pc.

As stan I writes, not knowing the specifications of your computer forces us to guess. In general the best way to increase a computer's performance is to replace the mechanical hard disk with a solid state drive (SSD) and increase the amount of RAM. If using graphics programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator or similar, a dedicated graphics card is certainly recommended.

If you give us the actual specs. of your computer somebody may be able to help you. Asking why your w8 is slow is like asking why red cars are slow. Is it because they're red? JFCDFQ!

First problem is windows 8...if you arent gaming, consider switching to a linux OS for art stuff. try adjusting the refresh rate on your monitor, probably still sitting at 60hz. If you just HAVE to buy something get an nvidia graphics card thats 4k compatible and save yourself from having to think hard.
