Wet or dry cup to measure popcorn?
I only want to eat a cup of popcorn as a snack each day but, I dont know whether I'm suppose to use a wet cup ot dry cup? A dry cup seems very small....i don't have a svale or anything and I'm bad at math. I have dyscalculia.

Doesn't matter. Both have the same volume.
A cup of dry popcorn will give you a heck of a lot of popped kernels.

You'd measure this using a dry cup.
However a wet and dry cup have the same exact volume, they're just designed so that measuring wet or dry things are easier. Dry cups have flat tops, wet cups typically have graduated lines and a pour spout. In a dry cup you measure up to the top, in a wet cup you measure up to the line.
If you are really that concerned about ABSOLUTE PRECISION in the amount of this incredibly low-cal and non-nutritious snack you are eating it's possibly worth looking into if you aren't developing an eating disorder
