Can ovulation make ovarian cyst pain worse?
The pain is not unusual but the severity of it is and the only think I can think of is because I am ovulating, pain also gets worse on my period.

In most cases, I can't see how it wouldn't. If the pain is in the lower abdominal region of the same side of your body that has an ovary with a cyst, I have to think that any number of normal body functions can, and may, enhance the degree of discomfort.
