What is wrong with my Vagina ?

In the last six months I’ve noticed something strange has been happening down there ( basically just an un fresh scent, a lot of itching and burning and eventually small little cuts.  I finally went to see my doctor to get a swab and it came back negative. I went back and said I swear there’s still a problem.  She said I probably have something on a milder degree that the test did not detect it ( suspected mild vaginosis)  She prescribed cream insertion of clyndamicin for 7 days. I used 6 days out of the 7 treatment. I did notice things improved but my other symptoms geared towards a yeast infection so I took flucanazole.. things definitely got better for a bit. Almost two months later I am experiencing something utterly different. Itching would only happen once in a while but when it did it was a lot. The concerting new thing is a really musty, slightly fishy scent and white build up on my vulva near the **** and inner labia. The smell and build up is not coming from inside  the vagina itself. No matter how much I wash it it eventually starts to stink again and build up throughout the day. I have not had sex for 7 months and I used protection with all my partners.
