my mom is crazy and wont see a therapist, who do i call, what do i do?

shes always been paranoid. but this corona virus is driving her to the point of tears. she believes EVERYTHING on facebook like "man dies from covid then come back to life with the power of prayer". but even before the covid take over she was NUTS. threatening to kill her self over small things and making it look like she would kill herself. getting mad out of thin air, like the other day she was FINE while getting ready to bake then BOOM! shes rambling in Spanish very loudly.she says scary stuff like "im gonna cut your ears off" to me. and said my friends 3 year old girl was a whore, she said that just outta know where. she wont see a therapist. she said GOD helps her. im afraid shes gonna hurt me or my sister. shes driving US and my dad crazy.

That is a matter for your dad to deal with. Talk to him about it. He is the head of the family, and he the one with authority to handle the situation.

Given your Mom's behavior is impacting on your family's day to day functioning, have a conversation with your Dad and your sister, and collectively begin to explore your options. From your description, it would seem your Mom would benefit form professional help so perhaps your Dad could have a conversation with his GP and get some advice about what next step to take. A GP can provide resources and referrals for your family and for your Mom specifically. Also, reach out to extended family and friends so you are not feeling alone.

If you are scared she will hurt you, you can call the police and get her involuntarily committed.

More than likely you will have to get her involuntarily committed for while.   Call you local city or country health department.
