Are all restaurants in Washington State closed?

That's the way it is in TX.

some restaurants are closed, some are open. and only for take out/delivery. it's like this everywhere.... where have you been?

California has take out or delivery only.   Thank goodness we can still get our favorite foods.   But have to eat them in your car or take them home.   Pizza delivery still works just fine.   And, we need to support our take out restaurants.   They need the work.

The shutdowns are growing state by state. I live in Las Vegas Nevada and the revenue and business shutdown is severe as a tourist economy. Our unemployment rate is climbing to 30%. The state is shut-down basically, and when we get through this, please plan a visit.
