There is no such thing as permanent social security disability or SSI disability. Those benefits can be terminated.
That said you will be entitled to receive a stimulus check not because you are disabled but because your income is under $75K or whatever the max amount is for a single person.
I was a SS claims rep for 32 yrs.

Anyone with a social security number who either files taxes or gets social security benefits and has less than $75,000 of income qualifies.

Yes, if you are getting Social Security disability. The government will send the money to your regular bank account.
