Do realtors ever borrow stuff from client’s homes? If the home is unoccupied while it’s staged to sell?

Do realtors ever raid the closets in homes that they are trying to sell.

If they need a fancy dress when they are going to meet with a buyer will they ever sometimes borrow one that’s in a rich client’s closet, and then go meet with a buyer at another property and then return the dress to the client’s closet.

Will they ever use clients bathrooms to freshen up, and sometimes use the curling iron and hair stuff in there, and maybe retouch using some of the cosmetics left in clients bathrooms?

Will they ever borrow jewelry from clients homes and then return it.

Do realtors ever do this?

Update:

Will they ever use client’s kitchens as a “break room” while on a long day of driving around from house to house?

No. Or they would be criminally charged and lose their license, and their livelihood.

I'm sure if they do they won't admit it here!

I assume by "staged to sell" you mean that the owners still live there but have cleaned it up nicely (not that the owners moved out and its been staged with a professional company who move in furniture to stage it).

Anyhow, realtors are not legally able to borrow stuff (going to the house and sitting around for an hour, is marginal but probably ok if they say they thought they were meeting someone).  Maybe they do it 1 time in a million, but I've never really heard of it.  Theft of stuff from the people looking at the home (generally not the realtor) is a far greater problem, but it would be more theft of jewelry, not a dress; though even theft of a dress is possible.

I'm sure there are some shady ones that do that.
