How to tell a Girl i'm disappointed? ?

i'm in college and i've been talking to this girl i met before the lockdown over text, and we've been doing video chats every so often. today, we made a plan to do a video call, and we agreed on 8 pm as the time. i waited until 8:30, and texted her once asking if she still wants to call. i got no response, so i decided not to act desperate and didn't text her after that. i'm hoping to tell her i'm a little disappointed that she forgot our call without coming off as a dick, what do i say?

1. If she ghosted you, you shouldn't hope to win her back, so you shouldn't be afraid of coming off like a dick.
2. If she ghosted you, you shouldn't be concerned for her feelings, because she's acting like a *****.
3. Girls ghost people because they don't want to experience the social awkwardness of telling people they don't want to keep talking. It is horrifyingly rude and more harmful to the ghosted victim. It is important for everyone to force awkwardness on such girls so that they are not rewarded for their bad behavior.
4. Therefore, you should be a dick, and you should treat her like a *****. Text her, and say "You know what, I was really looking forward to talking to you, and you ghosting me was pretty sorry. If you don't want to talk to me anymore, you should just say so instead of being a jerk."
5. If she's worth one second of your time, she'll apologize profusely and reschedule. If she's not, she'll either ignore you, or make excuses to try and deflect blame. In either of those cases, ignore her. She deserves it.

Send her a text message tomorrow and ask her why she did not participate in video call at 8pm. Don't say you were disappointed. Maybe she is busy.
