If a company sold a 5 year $30,000 bond with a stated rate of 10%, which means the interest every year is $3,000, what is the value if we thought the rate should be 20%?

i'm pretty sure it's asking for the total value at the end of the 5 years but i'm not sure?

I have a person in my life who claims to have a ghostly encounter. they are completely assured that ghosts exist based on the fact that they were right about someone having died in a house they were going to buy. this was all based on a "feeling". how do i logically refute this "evidence" in a kind manner?

i've been talking to this girl since before quarantine, and i thought things were going well, but since i dont use social media, i didn't know what she was really thinking. in short, i looked up her account out of interest and found some posts on tiktok and twitter that basically she said i was annoying (without mentioning my name). i now feel betrayed as i wish she had just told me that she didn't like me instead of going on social media and all that. how do i get over feeling this intense hatred for her? so i'm using a chromebook for my schoolwork, and i'm looking to upgrade to a PC so that i can start coding, playing steam games, etc. i need a mid range laptop that can be fast enough to, for example, handle fallout new vegas or a similar game.
