spilled hydrogen peroxide (3%) on skin, what are the long term affects?

today i spilled about 3 fl oz of H2O2 onto my arm. it was the 3% diluted kind, but it did bleach my skin slightly. is there chance of rash or hives breaking out on the area or should i be alright?

    long term affects--none. The skin may peel or not but new will be there fine. Even if you break out in a rash-that will go away too.
