how do you get over feeling hatred?

i've been talking to this girl since before quarantine, and i thought things were going well, but since i dont use social media, i didn't know what she was really thinking. in short, i looked up her account out of interest and found some posts on tiktok and twitter that basically she said i was annoying (without mentioning my name). i now feel betrayed as i wish she had just told me that she didn't like me instead of going on social media and all that. how do i get over feeling this intense hatred for her? (i know its not healthy)
