Has anyone had a miscarriage & gone through a d&c?

Me and my fiancé have been trying to conceive for two years , on 4/4/20 I found out I was pregnant , later that night I rushed to the hospital and had a miscarriage the same exact day ... I was nine weeks pregnant and I ended up having to stay and have a d&c the next morning . It’s been a few days and Now I’m constantly feeling like it’s going to happen again and I’m genuinely scared for when we do start trying again . Has anyone dealt with this before ? And or had these feelings and fears ? Was it easy having a successful pregnancy after a d&c surgery ?
