Cachexia is a stressful outcome of some collection of chronic illnesses, and results into 16 to 40% heart-related complications, and around 30% of respiratory issues. More than 50% patients suffer from severe issues with their kidneys. So never ever take it easy and consult your physician as soon as possible if you observe the following symptoms:

1. weight loss, without doing workouts or controlling diet

2. muscular pain

3. loss of apatite

4. low RBC (red blood cells count)
