She told me that she a psycho. She said she only acting in front of people. I believe it because she start to change attitude when she meet me because I the only one that she a psycho. She become completely a different. She said that she trust me that why she told me. We are best friend since primary school. What should I do? I scare that I will break her heart.

She's probably not truly a psychopath. Probably psychosis (self-delusion) but you should be supportive and slowly drag her out of that delusion for her sake
