is there a solid time when quarantine will be over. i asked before but that was a while ago. WHEN WILL THE TORTURE BE OVER?

Torture??  It's bliss.  We should all stay home and be useless more often.  Beats being a slave to your own country.  You realize the only reason you work is to increase the GDP, don't you?  We're all like little worker bees and Trump is the queen bee.  Our job is to produce honey to sell to other countries except we're not producing any honey right now and that's why we're failing.

No one can say. They need to get the rate of infection down. There will still be people ill and dying but the numbers need to be decreasing, not rising or staying the same.

No.  When the virus slows, or stops (e.g., when a vaccine is developed) things will change.  But, not until then - to be safe.

The most accurate answer is when enough people get FED UP that the government CAN'T enforce it.

As long as it tortures you it could last forever.
