What is your opinion on the philosophy on supply and demand causes raises prices and do you think it is costumers friendly to their wallet?

For examples, the dairy, eggs and produce has double in price. I did not notice in the store because i only need the food and i knew i had money but i did question why the bill was slight bigger besides obvious other food like dog food (expected). However when, i look to order online i notice the difference.

Update:

btw my opinion is if they kept or lowered their prices they sell more cause people could afford it.  also i call the philosophy bull ****

[ CUSTOMERS ] ... so you want workers to take pay cuts so that grocers can sell food to you at a lower price? Will the wage earner(s) in your household also be willing to take a wage cut??  I do not care what you call the philosophy. - B A Business Admin (accounting major)  (and decades of living).

It will follow the law of demand if you are rational, and have no money illusion
