It can kill anyone. The elderly and people with medical conditions are more likely to die, but they are not the only ones.

Was it the flu season in Italy and Spain as to why the elderly and sick people caught Covid-19 in the first place as opposed to the normal/ healthy young and middle aged not getting it or not being sick when they did?
I don't have any stats or reasons as to why more people over 60 catch this virus or why the over 70's-90's are more likely to die from it.
I think we can agree it is these age groups more at risk along with people with bad health problems who are more likely to catch it, or get sick, or die from Covid-19 in this world.
But surely we have to admit these groups are the same people who catch or die from the common flu/cold as well.
I have read of some health reports from New York that at least half the people who have caught this virus are grossly over weight and another report that only 11 percent of the people who caught it in Wuhan were cigarette smokers!
I'm not saying these reports are accurate and our mainstream media are probably not going to report this anyway.

It's scaremongering. I am nearly 75 fit and healthy, in fact healthier than people in their 20s and 30s. I have been a vegetarian for years and never had a vaccine in my life, nor taken the drug companies poisons. Doctors want to put everybody in little boxes saying they have diabetes, high cholestrol etc so they can get the perks from the drug companies for supplying these poisons.

Being someone 61, I'd say near all of us.
@Vixen anyone over 60 that tells you there's nothing wrong with them are either lying or very lucky.
Be told or you can just wait until you get over 60 to find out first hand.

Quite allot I would imagine, maybe as many as a third with type two diabetes being the most common preexisting condition, probably followed by heart disease.
A lifetime of smoking, drinking and eating an unhealthy diet takes its toll.

My parents are perfectly healthy and my dad is 66.Those people over sixty in poor health are either victims of poor genetic ancestry or inherently lazy and obese with high blood pressure and cholesterol from an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise. The majority are left wing, low paid and indolent.
