Should I message my old boss?

It has been 2 months since I changed jobs. My old manager didn’t want me to go. I saw he viewed my LinkedIn profile recently.

Should I message him and how should I form the email? What should I say etc?

    I think you left out the part about why you want to message him. Do you just want to ask why he viewed your profile or do you want to go back to that job?
