Why are my wrists thin?

Im a 13 y/o weighing about 90 pounds and Ive tried everything I could to grow bigger wrists but things just dont turn out really. Ive been trying weights, wrist & forearms excercise, and foods but it still doesnt turn out to grow bigger

    The wrist is just bone, with no muscle directly on it.   It won't get bigger.  Wrist curls will increase the strength, tone and possibly the size of forearm muscles above the wrist.

    You are 13 still a boy maybe not even hit puberty yet so don't worry training weights at your age wont do much for you 15-16 a better age to start if you want to start bulking but staying fit is for all ages.
