How to show the world that I love her?

I feel like if I don't just show her, but if I show the entire world, or at least a small group of people I will have a bigger chance to get the girl of my dreams! If she finds out that I openly tell people that I really do love her, and that I would do anything for her. How do I go about doing this? Should I hire people to build something for her? Should i start a concert to honor her? Really, I need advice here!

    hate to tell you all fired up like that, but it's the girl that chooses the guy....she's got the last word on it, AND can also change her mind.....

    What happens when she get fat or pregnant, will you still feel the same?
