To have diabetic neuropathy - it means  you have had diabetes for several years and have had issues with controlling your diabetes.

The first "cure" is to get your sugar levels under control to reduce the damage.

There are no actual "home cures" for diabetic neuropathy.  There is nothing you can do to ease the discomfort of nerve damage.  After all - it is NERVE DAMAGE.

There are medications that your doctor can prescribe that will help.

There is one other problem - even when  you are diabetic - you can have problems with the feet that could be related to other issues.  You might want to try regular pain relievers to see if that helps with any of the foot discomfort.  You may also want to try different support insoles for your shoes.  Sometimes problems with the feet is just due to bad support from poorly fitting shoes or shoes that don't have the right support for how  you stand, walk, and work.
