15,000 y.a. most Philippines that are under water today, had been land. More exactly rocks, even today land had been lower and been ash long period, later with time flora and fauna created higher softer layer, today green lands.

15k y.a. is not much, not many years, weather almost same as today.

The only differences, 1) more dry mass and rocks. 2) not so much trees and jungles as today.

Lot of rocky lands dropped under water but weather been not much different than today with tens of millions years.
