How to convert 2 mmol to mL?

    "mmol" by itself is just a count. Just like the word "dozen" means 12, the unit "mmol" means 6.02 x 10^20. On the other hand, mL is a volume. You can't convert a number to a volume.

    You need a concentration of some sort.

     

    For example 2 mmole of NaCl in a 0.1 M solution.  0.002 mole / 0.1 M = 0.02 L
