Mortgage payment and credit? ?

How much would my payment be lowered by if my credit score went up 50 points to buy a house? We are in the process of looking for a new house. We were told that with a 685 credit score with spending 285k at 3.5% interest my payment would be 1800. How much would it change my payment if my score went up to 720 even?

Your credit score does not equate directly to your monthly mortgage payment. That is between you and the lender.
