It's a "Beaner,"- an insulting term for "Mexican."

There can be two meanings to this word:

- A Frijolero is a bean, a red kidney bean or cowpea, used as a staple in Mexican cooking. So it is most likely a food item that contains beans in it.

- A Frijolero can also be a derogatory term used to describe Mexican people who are extremely Mexican. In other words, very patriotic Mexicans.

A Frijolero  is a Mexican dwarf who sells oranges by the side of the road, or  a toilet cleaner, fruit picker , etc.
